When you go through a sports injury, it's important that you take the time and rest you need to heal. We understand the desire to get stronger, and our rehab exercise allows you to do just that. When you come in for your performance recovery initial appointment, we'll talk with you about your injury and your goals for the future. From there, we'll develop a personalized rehab exercise plan that will allow you to heal and grow stronger at the same time. You shouldn't have to backslide just because you're currently sidelined.
At your appointments, we'll regularly evaluate your progress. We'll also give you exercises to do at home so you can continue to get stronger in between appointments. We know that it can be hard to stay focused when you're injured, but we'll ensure that your progress is as efficient as possible.
